You can make a wonderful dessert crust for tarts or pies by mixing this 75:25 with baking flour and only a little sugar. Bake the crust beforehand for best results. Works great with chocolate ganache or berry filling.

I use the Hazelnut flour in coffeecake type recipes, replacing 1/4 of the regular flour with the hazelnut flour. I also use the chopped hazelnuts in the topping instead of pecans or walnuts. Wonderful!
