You can make a wonderful dessert crust for tarts or pies by mixing this 75:25 with baking flour and only a little sugar. Bake the crust beforehand for best results. Works great with chocolate ganache or berry filling.

After you grease your baking pans, sprinkle in hazelnut flour instead of your regular flour, shaking out any excess into your batter. Creates a crispier ridge on cupcakes and looks pretty contrasted against light or dark cake batters.
