Please have your invoice number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Your hazelnuts come with a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, simply return the hazelnuts (or remaining hazelnuts if more than one) in its original packaging (unopened), with a written explanation why you would like a refund. If it is a multiple bag purchase, keep the remaining product to send back to us if you feel it is an error on our part.
Returns and exchanges of merchandise will be accepted within 15 days of invoice date. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Please note that shipping fees are non refundable, we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 15 days.
